Work will begin within_business days after Brilliantway Web Solutions receives all required project information and materials (brand materials, content, images, credentials) from the Client.
Any delay in providing these items may result in a corresponding adjustment to the project timeline, which will be communicated to the Client.
Timelines for branding, design, development, or marketing projects may vary based on complexity, scope, and revision requirements. We work closely with the Client to set realistic timelines and will keep them informed of any adjustments during the project.
Our quotation remains valid for 20 days from the date of issue.
After the quotation validity period, pricing may be revised if there are changes in requirements, market conditions, or service scope. We will always discuss and confirm any updates with the Client before moving forward.
Additional work will be quoted and approved before we start.
Once a design (design as you want) is approved, any further changes will be charged.
Big changes after approval will be treated as new work and priced separately.
Delays in approval can affect the delivery timeline.
Half Payment advance payment is required to start the project.
For website development, the remaining amount must be paid before the website goes live.
For branding, social media, advertising, and design work, payments will follow the agreed billing schedule or milestones.
Payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
Late payments may pause the work and delay delivery.
If the website is hosted on BrilliantWay’s servers, an annual hosting fee of_must be paid in advance after the site goes live.
If you choose your own hosting, no hosting fees apply, but BrilliantWay will not be responsible for hosting issues, downtime, or third-party server problems.
Moving the website to another hosting provider may involve additional charges.
Annual maintenance charges will be payable one month after the website goes live and quality checks are completed.
If any problem arises in the website within one year after the website goes live. We will fix it for free.
Maintenance covers minor updates, bug fixes, and small content changes.
Major changes, new features, redesigns, or campaign-based creative work are not included and will be charged separately.
During the project, BrilliantWay will share updates, demos, and drafts for review.
Changes will be made only after the client’s approval.
Once the final work is approved, any further changes will be charged.
Delays in approval may affect delivery timelines.
If the client does not already own a domain, the cost of purchasing a new domain will be borne by the client.
Domain renewal, expiration, or DNS issues related to third-party domain providers are the client’s responsibility.
Monthly social media management, ads, and marketing campaigns require payment in advance.
Content plans will be shared beforehand; last-minute changes may delay posting.
Ads budgets are separate and must be paid directly by the client.
Brilliantway is not responsible for results impacted by competition, platform policy changes, or delayed client approvals.
Branding services include brand identity, guidelines, typography, colors, and logo variations.
Once the final logo or brand identity is approved, any extra changes will be charged.
Final high-resolution, print-ready, and source files will be shared after project completion and full payment.
Lead results depend on targeting, budget, industry, and market conditions.
Brilliantway does not guarantee a fixed number of leads unless agreed in a separate performance-based contract.
The client must provide accurate product or service details, as incorrect information can affect campaign performance and lead quality.
Any third-party plugins, templates, stock images, paid fonts, APIs, or ad tools needed for the project will be charged separately.
Renewing third-party subscriptions is the client’s responsibility.
Both parties agree to keep all project details, data, and credentials confidential.
Brilliantway is not responsible for security issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or the client’s systems.
